The firm was established in 1940 with principal areas of practice in mortgages on both commercial and residential real estate, including origination, modification, servicing, and foreclosure issues. We also provide counsel in the areas of leases, wills, trusts, estate administration, as well as our representation of all parties to a real estate transaction: lenders, purchasers, sellers, lessors, landlords, mortgagors, condominium associations, co-operative corporations, and investor/developers, thereby offering a broad perspective to our Bank clients.
