- Placing and refinancing of $2 million unsecured (negative pledge) credit facility at 635 Park Avenue.
- Represented Landlord and prepared shopping center leases for Baybridge Plaza, Whitestone, NY, and Americana Shopping Center, Manhasset, NY.
RESIDENTIAL REAL ESTATE
- Purchase of two loft buildings at 113-115 Mercer Street, with financing.
- Sale of three multifamily buildings at 238-242 East 50th Street.
- Sale of Penthouse at 840 Broadway.
- Purchase of 243 East 52d Street, with financing.
- Condominium Offering Plan and sale of five units at Aurora Condominiums at 554-5 Third Avenue, worth $15 million in total.
